"Our kitchen was designed and installed by McPhie Cabinetry 8 years ago, and we love it as much today as the day it was installed. Kristie took the time to determine exactly how we would utilize the kitchen, and it was custom designed with our family in mind. The little details that Kristie suggested made all the difference. One area that people rarely think about when they choose a kitchen designer is long term satisfaction. What if a hinge breaks or a painted door discolors or a child scratches a wood surface while creating an art project? In each of these instances, McPhie Cabinetry has promptly and often for no charge completely repaired the item. In one case, Scott McPhie was unable to match the distressed cabinet's color, so he personally took the door back to the factory and they repainted the cabinet door-- all for no charge! In one of the most remarkable examples of customer service, during the recession of 2008, the McPhies called and asked if there was anything that needed to be done on our kitchen--again, all for no charge!
